All of our egg donor packages include guaranteed medical clearance and post PGT-A embryology success.
At Elevate, we believe your path to parenthood should begin with clarity, not confusion. That’s why our pricing is designed to be comprehensive, covering a wide range of associated fees depending on whether you’re pursuing egg donation or surrogacy. This may include attorney and escrow services, insurance coordination, psychological and genetic counseling, background checks, court filings, and judgments of parentage. We’re committed to full transparency, so you’ll always know what to expect. Our goal is to simplify the process and provide a clear, honest understanding of what’s involved.

STANDARD Package – Egg Donors
At Elevate we understand the anxiety that can sometimes be experienced through assisted reproduction. It is our philosophy that family building should be a joyful enterprise. In an effort to streamline the path to parenthood and alleviate confusion, we offer the inclusive Standard Package which includes all necessary legal work: egg donor contracts and review, psychological evaluations, genetic counseling sessions, IVF complication insurance, and escrow services.
Our Standard Package also offers what most agencies and even clinics cannot warrant, that your donor will pass medical clearance and that your cycle will result in at least one viable embryo post PGT-A. If this criteria is not met, then your entire agency fee is waived for an additional cycle with the same or a different donor.

In the event at least one viable embryo post-PGT-A is not achieved, then Elevate shall cover additional psychological screening fees, genetic counseling fees, legal fees, escrow fees, IVF complication insurance policy, and full agency fee as required.
WHAT EXACTLY IS GUARANTEED IF I CHOOSE THE STANDARD PACKAGE?
1. Your donor will be medically cleared by your physician.
If your donor is not cleared by your physician (low AMH, AFC, Infectious Disease Testing, Carrier Screening match, or any other medical reason) then you will be rematched with an Elevate donor of your choice and not be responsible for any additional coordination fees, psychological assessment fees, AMH fees, or genetic counseling and pedigree costs.
Sometimes a donor is not medically cleared because of a matching carrier mutation with the Intended Parents. Even though the Intended Parents are partially at fault, our Elevate Guarantee still stands and our agency will cover any additional psychological and/or genetic counseling and pedigree fees that would normally be incurred.
2. You will have at least one (1) post-PGT viable embryo.
The Standard Package provides you with the assurance of having at least one (1) viable embryo following preimplantation genetic testing (PGT). A viable embryo is defined as one deemed suitable for implantation by an IVF physician during the embryo transfer procedure. In the event no viable embryo is obtained, you will have the option to be matched again, either with the same or a different Elevate donor, at no extra expense*. This includes a waiver of additional agency fees, psychological evaluation and genetic counseling fees for the donor, coverage of legal fees for both the intended parent(s) and donor, additional escrow services, and an additional IVF complication insurance policy – all covered by Elevate.
(*) Does not include donor compensation, donor travel fees, or medical costs involved with the IVF process.
ELEVATE Package – Egg Donors
Our Summit Egg Donor Package gives access to our most elite-level donors. We have searched the globe over for our exceptional Summit donors and maintains an assemblage of just 20 Summit donors at a time.
Summit Package donors are the most desirable of an already elite database. Summit Package allows intended parent access to their chosen donor with shorter, if any, wait time. The Summit Package creates a sanctuary for intended parents to move securely and swiftly towards embryo creation.
Your dedicated case manager will prioritize you as a Summit Client by offering superior service and personalized care.
The Summit Package entitles you to a built in insurance program that guarantees a high grade, viable embryo for a transfer or your third party recycle (not clinical) will be paid out by Elevate.
From your own texting line to any travel arrangements you need completed, your dedicated case manager will ensure your cycle goes smoothly.

THE GUARANTEE
Included in the Summit Package is our guarantee program. Should a viable embryo not result from your cycle, Elevate will cover your legal fees, insurance policy, escrow, and prescreening fees for any donor should you need another cycle.

Standard Package – Surrogacy
At Elevate we want to make the process of having a child a joyful experience. We developed our surrogacy program to specifically address issues that typically cause delays, add stress and incur additional fees.
At Elevate we feel it is misleading how some agency’s fees can be full of hidden and additional costs. In simplifying our fee structure we are able to present a clearer view of what is financially expected.
While some items will always carry a variable cost, Elevate’s Inclusive Pricing Structure takes away some of the guesswork by including major items like Surrogate Life Insurance, Psychological Assessments, Home Reviews, Background Checks, Escrow Services and all legal work including Contract Drafting, Court Document Review and obtaining the Judgment of Parentage.
