Full third-party reproduction (using a donor and surrogate) can take 16 months to several years. This includes:

  • Embryo Creation: 2–6 months, depending on whether you use frozen eggs/sperm or a fresh donor.
  • Surrogate Matching: 0-12 months, depending on preferences and agency package.
  • Surrogate Preparation: 4–5 months for surrogate medical clearance and legal contracts.
  • Pregnancy & Birth: Approximately 9 months from embryo transfer.

Yes, about 30% of Elevate clients are international.

Yes, we offer frozen eggs in cohorts from select donors. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Yes, all fresh egg donor cycles include a guarantee of at least one PGT-A-tested embryo. If this is not achieved, we offer another cycle without an additional agency fee. Frozen egg cohorts include blastocyst guarantees, and frozen sperm vials have thaw guarantees.
