Hannah Fjord grew up in Houston, Texas, and later earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah. She has spent the last three years working in the IVF field, first supporting egg donor cycles and now managing Elevate’s sperm donor program. Having been an egg donor herself, with a husband who is also a sperm donor, and now raising three children, Hannah brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work. She understands the hopes and challenges that come with family building and is passionate about making the process as smooth and supportive as possible for every client.

Before joining Elevate, Hannah’s career path took her through a wide range of industries — from technology and the medical field to owning her own wedding venue. This variety has given her a strong foundation in client care, organization, and problem-solving, which she now channels into helping families on their fertility journeys. Outside of work, Hannah loves tackling home projects and sharing mountain adventures with her family, where she finds the same sense of joy and fulfillment that inspires her work every day.
