Kyle Dean is a proud father of two children through egg donation and IVF, giving him a deeply personal connection to the life-changing work at Elevate. With a Magna Cum Laude degree from Missouri State University, he brings both expertise and passion to his role.

Before establishing his current role at Elevate, Kyle Dean served as a National Business Developer for one of the country’s largest fertility clinics, gaining extensive experience in the field. Since Elevate’s inception, he has been instrumental in building and refining its operational infrastructure. Today, he oversees key policies and procedures across all three of Elevate’s departments, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for clients.

Prior to his career in assisted reproduction, Kyle Dean spent years starring in Broadway productions, embracing the power of collaboration—a philosophy he now brings to Elevate. Whatever your journey may be, he is dedicated to making it a joyful and successful one.
