Megan is a passionate advocate for family building, with a background as a pediatric oncology nurse and a fertility nurse. Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, she earned her BSN from the University of Delaware in 2017. After working at renowned hospitals like CHOP and Rady Children’s, Megan transitioned into fertility care, where she discovered her calling in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of IVF.

As an egg donor herself, Megan brings unique empathy and insight to her work at Elevate, where she guides intended parents and donors through their journeys. She also creates educational content for social media, to raise awareness about egg donation and IVF, striving to normalize non-traditional paths to parenthood.
