Tara has been an integral part of Elevate since its inception and currently serves as CEO, overseeing all departments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from one of Ireland’s top universities and a Master’s in Communications, Advertising, and Public Relations from the University of Ulster in Belfast, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Before joining Elevate, Tara built a strong career in international business, finance, marketing, and operations – holding roles such as Project Manager in Ireland and Account Manager at Herschel Supply in Vancouver, Canada. With over nine years of experience in account management and business development, she has brought her expertise to Elevate, playing a key role in expanding the fresh and frozen egg donor program and facilitating over 1,000 successful matches.

Beyond her professional experience, Tara has also been an egg donor and a gestational surrogate, giving her a deeply personal understanding of the journey that both donors, surrogates and intended parents undertake.
