Finding the right match is one of the most critical parts of the surrogacy process.

At Elevate, we work with hundreds and hundreds of intended parents every year. Having an extensive client pool allows Elevate Surrogates to be extra choosy when it comes to the match.

It’s more than us exceeding your expectations and meeting your preferences. It’s about connection. It’s about trust.

How does it work?

After you meet with an Elevate team member, you will receive a link to our Matching Questionnaire. The Matching Questionnaire consists of over 40 data points that will help us understand your expectations and preferences once completed. All Elevate Intended Parents have completed a similar questionnaire. This questionnaire is your chance to let us know exactly the type of experience you are hoping for – and there are no wrong answers. What type of person or couple would you like to carry for? What kind of relationship would you like to have with them? What level of compensation are you looking for? What are your views on termination? How do you feel about carrying twins? – and the list goes on. We use a sophisticated software reporting system that cross references your preferences with our current client base. After narrowing down possible matches, we use our personal experience with you and our intended parents to decide which profile to present to you. We don’t want you to have to sort through hundreds of profiles; we do the heavy lifting for you and will offer one best-fit profile at a time.

You know what’s best for you.

After we have narrowed down a potential match, we will present the Intended Parent’s bio to you to look over. If you feel excited about the potential match, we will set up a time for you to meet the Intended Parents at a convenient time for you. After meeting, you get to make the final decision whether or not the match is right for you.

How long does it take?

Although our Elevate screening process takes some time, most Elevate surrogates find their match within one week once cleared by our agency. This quick match-time is possible because we actively start matching you behind the scenes during your onboarding period.
